not trying to use a stubby pencil
This is the second pencil I’ve purchased. The original is still going strong over a year later. I work in new home construction use the pencil almost daily... I like that it remains the same length so I’m not trying to use a stubby pencil, or trying to sharpen it while working on rafters or a ladder.

the best utility pencil
This is the best utility pencil I’ve come across. The whole thing is made tough, plus lead is sturdy enough to score into cardboard, while still making a discernible mark when used on paper. The clip is indispensable. Wrap a rubber band around the body a couple times and it will never slide out of a pocket unexpectedly.
